Three MBLL venues sit inside Winnipeg's Perimeter Highway, each with live tables in the evening and one shared Club Card. This page covers Club Regent, McPhillips Station and the Shark Club in turn, then the ID and bag rules at the door.

Club Regent Casino

Club Regent Casino, at 1425 Regent Avenue West, opens at 10 AM daily. It closes at 3 AM after Sunday to Thursday shifts and at 5 AM after Friday and Saturday ones, so Saturday's shift ends Sunday morning. Holiday hours should be checked on the casino's own site. The casino is smoke-free.

Approximately 1,200 slot machines run from penny slots to $20 slots, and live tables open daily from 5:30 PM to 3:00 AM. Blackjack runs $10, $15 and $25 minimums on six-deck shoes, plus $50 Double Deck. Roulette, two baccarat variants, Crazy 4 Poker and a house-banked Hold 'Em game fill the rest; there is no poker room. Electronic Stadium Gaming adds baccarat, roulette, craps, blackjack and Big Six. Dealer-assisted Stadium play runs 5:30 PM to 3:00 AM daily, while fully automated play starts at 10:00 AM Monday to Saturday.

The Canad Inns Destination Centre Club Regent Casino Hotel is attached, and parkade parking is free. Toukies Restaurant & Bar runs 12:00 pm to 12:00 am Sunday to Thursday, and to 1:00 am Friday and Saturday. The Coors Centre Bar runs 6:00 pm to 1:00 am, or 2:00 am on those nights. The Club Regent Event Centre has its own page.

McPhillips Station Casino

McPhillips Station Casino, at 484 McPhillips Street, keeps Club Regent's hours, including the 5 AM close after Friday and Saturday shifts. Live tables run daily from 5:30 PM to 3:00 AM with the same games and limits. Stadium Gaming keeps the same hours too.

Its floor holds approximately 1,200 slot machines, and the VLTs sit in Loft 180 presented by Coors, on the second level. Loft 180 is open 12:00 pm to 11:30 pm Sunday to Thursday and to 1:00 am Friday and Saturday. Snacks & Drinks, on the main floor next to bingo, serves daily from 12:00 pm to 2:00 am.

There is no hotel on site. Stay & Play packages use partner hotels: Canad Inns Club Regent, a Best Western in Winnipeg East, and Super 8 Winnipeg East and West. The casino opened in 1993 as McPhillips Street Station.

Shark Club Gaming Centre

The Shark Club Gaming Centre sits at 233 Hargrave Street, 2nd Floor Cityplace. That is 0.9 km from Winnipeg City Hall in a straight line. It is a sports bar, grill and gaming centre in one, with 100+ slot machines. It bills itself as Winnipeg's only downtown gaming centre.

Doors open at 10 am and close at 1 am, seven days a week. Live tables start at 3:30 pm, earlier than the 5:30 PM start at the two casinos, and run until 1 am. The games are blackjack, roulette and double deck. Holiday hours should be checked on its own site.

One card, three venues

One card covers all three venues. The Casinos of Winnipeg Club Card earns points at gaming stations and table games. Those points cannot be used on PlayNow.com. A card with 12 consecutive months of no carded activity is archived, and its points are forfeited.

From Winnipeg, Beaver Bus Lines, Blueline Transit, Vital Transit Service and Walker's Tour run bus tours to Club Regent and McPhillips Station. The Arborg & District Handi Van and Saskatchewan charters make the trip too.

At the door

Guests must be 18 or older, and anyone who appears to be a minor must show ID. Only original ID is accepted. That means a driver's licence, passport, Manitoba ID card, Secure Certificate of Indian Status, MMF citizenship card, CAF ID, firearms licence or NEXUS card. Two government-issued IDs also work if one has a photo. Photographs, scans and photocopies of ID are not accepted.

Since Monday, February 2, 2026, bags are limited to 14 x 14 x 6 inches, and any bag may be searched. There are no lockers, and coat check does not store bags. Club Regent offers wheelchair access to slot machines and select table games, plus wheelchairs and walkers. It also has gender-neutral accessible washrooms, Voice/TTY phones and Braille or tactile bingo cards, and service dogs are accommodated.
